Therapy Pure Essentials will allow returns up to 14 days from order date, if unopened and still in new condition. Acceptable returns need to be evaluated and approved before initiated by customer. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin that process. Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. Once we receive and evaluate the product, you will be refunded accordingly. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product and photographic evidence will be required. Email us at email@example.com to make such a claim.
The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified, and will be delivered by the method chosen by the customer (either USPS First Class or USPS Priority). If for some reason we are sold out of a product you ordered, we will communicate with you to determine whether or not to ship a partial order, hold the order until we can fulfill the stock, change or cancel the order. We will then inform you immediately by email if this should be the case. We currently ship to all 50 States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
